Terms and conditions.

If you wish to book the services of ‘Chapman Holmes Catering & Events Management Limited’, please sign the company terms and conditions along with a deposit and letter of confirmation.

Chapman Holmes Catering & Events Management Limited have the exclusive right to provide refreshments consisting of Food, Liqueurs and other Beverages at your event. Items of this nature cannot be brought onto the site.
The number of guests are based on numbers booked and this will be the minimum number charged.
The price quoted per head is based on minimum numbers advised in respect of the menu chosen at the point of confirmation. The company reserve the right to upwardly revise the price quoted per head if the said minimum of guests is not achieved.
Functions that are more than 12 calendar months away will be liable to an increase in charges of 5% above Bank of England base rate.
Payment
In respect of those clients that do not have credit facilities, a deposit will be required of £500.00 to secure the service of Chapman Holmes (non-refundable). Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the day of the event. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Corporate Account
Where accounts have been sanctioned, payment will be required 30 days after the start of the event. The company reserve the right to charge 2.5% per month on all outstanding balances. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. If payment is to be made by credit card there will be an additional 3% added to the final account.
Force Majeure
Chapman Holmes will not be liable if we cannot perform our obligations under the agreement. Chapman Holmes may terminate the agreement liability of any nature upon return of deposit. Chapman Holmes will not be liable for consequential damage of any nature for any reason as a result of any act or circumstance beyond reasonable control including. but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, fire, flood, accident or act of war.
The following charges will be levied in the event of the client's cancellation:
8 Weeks Plus - 25% of all pre ordered items
4 Weeks Plus - 55 % of all pre ordered items
1-4 Weeks Incl - 75% of all pre ordered items or losses suffered by the company, whichever is greater
7 Days or Less - 100% of all pre ordered items or losses suffered by the company, whichever is greater
Personal Liability
If any agreement is signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association, club or society, the persons so signing represents and warrants to Chapman Holmes that he or she has full authority to
sign such contract and, in the event that he or she is not so authorised, he or she will be personally liable for the faithful performance of this Agreement.

Liability for damage to equipment, fittings or fixtures is entirely the responsibility of the client as organiser of the event. The said liability includes liability for any consequential losses or charges levied as a result of the said damage by any member of the client's party. Should the cancellation of the event be necessary as a result of such damage, then the cost of the function in total will become due and payable.

Please download, sign and return the Terms and Conditions of Contract as confirmation. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. A non-returnable deposit of £500.00 is required for all private bookings to secure the required date.
