The food to be served at your event will be transported to site under strict temperature controlled conditions, in accordance with The 1994 Food Hygiene Act Regulations and The Food Safety Act 1990.

All Health and Safety regulations and legislation for ‘Outside Events’ will be adhered to with precision. ChapmanHolmes Catering and Special Events constantly reviews current recommendations and legislation.

Additional ‘Health and Safety’ measures may be required for marquees and ‘alternative venue’ events, including fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.

We can advise on local authority stipulations and provide the necessary precautions in accordance with their requirements. There may be a charge for meeting additional local authority requirements.

A full copy of the company’s Health & Safety Policy and details of our Public Liability Insurance (£5 million ceiling) can be provided on request.
